Cântăre Be ye holy

1. What so great, so grand, and lovely,

Can our aspirations claim,

As the glory in this scripture,

"Be ye holy" through His name?



R: I am Thine evermore,

Jesus, Savior, I adore.



2. ’Tis a perfect consecration,

That will save us from all sin;

Hear the sounding proclamation,

Be ye, therefore, pure within.



3. Through the great omnific Savior,

All-sufficient grace, we know,

Will sustain us all forever,

Keeping whiter than the snow.



4. In that holy land of blessing,

We’re exalted by our King,

Ever loving and confessing

Him, whose grateful praise we bring.
